Face like a bustard custard

This is Reggie. He’s 7yrs old and we met him sat in a children’s buggy at a pub on the river in Richmond. He apparently walks for a while and then decides he’s had enough and won’t go any further. I don’t think you could tuck him under your arm, hence the buggy.
