A Final Look

The middle bedroom, emptied and cleaned, with a small pile in the corner for Janet's brothers to collect. The other upstairs rooms are emptied and downstairs look similar.
This will probably be the last time I'm in this house. I never lived here but this is the home I came to when I visited Jan's family with her and over the years I have spent a lot of time in this house.
It will be strange to not visit this house, and probably not even Accrington every time we are in the north of England. But strange is not necessarily negative and it will give us more time with other people and other activities on future trips.
