Ice cream.

These are the cows,
Who provide the milk,
Which is used to make the Whisky ice cream,
We are going to have with the Autumn Eve’s pudding,
We are having as a dessert this evening.

Friends are coming for dinner.
The main course includes a leg of lamb, from one of our local farm shops.
The lambs all raised on the farm.

The sprouts have been grown by our other farm shop.
Tomlinson’s of Pudsey.

Apples from our friends.

The cheeses, all from Yorkshire.

Just a few other ingredients, which are all from the UK.

We try and eat local, and in season.

The wine is some we brought back from
France.
However it was bought from the local vineyards when we were over there!
