Day 6:

Jaipur

I could have had today off, instead I opted for more galavanting about to Jaigarh Fort. It sits on top of the hill above Amber Fort and is connected by ‘secret’ passages. You can see the Amber Fort in this shot.
In the evening I saw an Aarti ceremony at the modern, white marble Birla Temple built in the 1980’s. There were brilliantly costumed idols of Lord Ram and Sita.
