Another blue sky

I drove home yesterday in almost constant drizzle.

But today has been yet another sunny day, although rather colder.  The majority of the trees in the garden are now bare, with a couple of notable exceptions.  The beech is hanging on to these glorious bronze leaves.  And the oak tree is still quite green - there are a lot of leaves to come down from there in the next week or two!

We've had a lazy day.  W had spent the time that I was away working hard in the house and garden, and deserved a rest.  I have spent several hours sorting and backing up photos.
