I had the flu jab yesterday morning and I seem to have reacted rather strongly to it.  Overnight I had the symptoms of flu; every muscle ached and I was running a fever and felt awful.  This morning, after taking paracetamol,  I began to feel a bit better and then by tea-time I was right as rain again.  I suppose if the jab stops me getting full blown flu then it will have been worthwhile.  Fortunately Linda had no side effects at all so they must have given me the genuine man-flu jab!
