Had to do notetaking today at work, my hand ached quite badly afterwards but it did break up my day rather nicely so it seemed to fly by!

Home to change and eat cereal for dinner then back to Mr Wolf’s to watch a couple of bands (both excellent - this was Shifty Lao, and afterwards was Konketsu).
