The Unexpected Gift: A Colorful New Scarf!

When the mail arrived on Thursday afternoon, right in the midst of the big snowstorm, it included an unexpected package just for me! I opened it only to discover inside a beautiful, hand-made scarf in a rainbow of shades. 

It was a gift from a dear friend who lives several states away; she had made it herself. "A colorful scarf for a colorful photographer," her note said. :-) GUILTY, as charged! Thank you, dear friend. I am so grateful. I absolutely LOVE it, and I shall wear it with glee!
