Special day

The tiniest member of our family celebrated a special day today.

It was her Naming Ceremony.

Now maybe I’m not the only person to be a little puzzled. I’m no stranger to a Christening but this was new to me.

It was charming. The parents and the lady taking the ceremony said nice things and then the parents and the “supporting adults” (not godparents) all signed certificates.

We had a lovely family get together and it was great to see everyone on a happy occasion.

It really didn’t matter than our littlest is one next week and she’s had her name for twelve months.
