Glasgow!

We had to be up and out fairly early (far too early for a Saturday) to get to Glasgow as I had work to do. Thankfully it was a gloriously sunny day and all trains and traffic moved well.

The work was easy and done by about 1:30 when I got to meet up with Tim again. We went near the Glasgow School of Art (see first extra and sign by Clet Abraham) and were stunned by the destruction. After seeing the Mackintosh House at the Hunterian we went off to the University Café (main Blip) for ice cream - yum!

Back in Edinburgh, straight off the train we went on the Star Flyer (second extra) for a joy ride 60 m above ground level - an exhilarating end to the adventure!
