Wild weather

No rain today, but still pretty windy, an hour or so,of sun this morning, but then plenty of cloud.....and boy was the sea rough!

We stuck around on the balcony whilst the sun was out, then walked down to our favourite little bar for coffee and a sandwich...
then we decided to stay and watch the football. England played pretty well, deserved their win imho!

We had a couple of rather large G&Ts which left us decidedly tiddly come 4pm.....so we decided we needed a walk to clear our heads.
Took todays blip whilst walking along by the harbour......quite a strange light, not long before the sun went down.

Got back to the apartment, lazed a while, had a cuppa, showered and dressed, watched Strictly results, think the right one went, surprised that Lauren and AJ escaped!
Then off down to the seafront for a meal, no alcohol though!

We failed.....but it was just a beer, oh, and a brandy with our coffee back in resort!

The waves tonight were enormous....there has been evacuations in the North of the island apparently!

Supposed to settle down a bit more tomorrow, hopefully!
