Empire State of Mind

We were up early again today for the girls were on a mission to shop, shop, shop.

We went to a different diner for breakfast in Lexington Avenue, there was no space for the wheelchair when we went in but the staff were so good setting up a table for us in the middle of the floor.

After that, we headed for Bloomingdale's. It was very busy but I managed to purchase a Little Brown Bear for Cheryl. We then walked to Macy's, some 25 blocks away. Cheryl tripped on the road and went down face first but she managed to get her hands down in time so she didn't hurt herself too much thank goodness.

The blip today is off the Empire State Building which is just up the road from the Macy's store. I liked this shot of it with the tree in the foreground.
