Simply Beautiful

Our bad weather hasn't come to much yet, here in Christchurch apart from being much colder, with around 10c. The wind did arrive at 6:45pm yesterday and we got a few spots of rain. Then later in the evening the rain became much heavier for a few hours. Yesterday afternoon in Mid Canterbury, which isn't far from here, they had a tornado. Luckily there wasn't too much damage. We don't usually get tornado's here.

I was going to make my Christmas cake today but found John had used some of the eggs.. so hopefully tomorrow it may get done.

The light was catching this lovely little pink rose that I had picked earlier in the day... made my blip for the day.
