Plumber has just had his 2nd attempt with adding a leak sealant into the heating and hot water system. Really hope it works this time! Thought I'd discovered the leak at last myself first thing when I found water dripping from the outlet pipe but he's looked and says it will do that when I re-pressurise and is still 99% sure the trouble is under the floor :-/
