In-coming Rain....

The weather in New Zealand has been very peculiar today. It is late spring here and yet southern parts of the country have had heavy snowfalls. A bonus I suppose for tourists who come from countries where there is no snow. Thunderstorms and hail are predicted for the Nelson/Marlborough districts. I hope that doesn’t happen as that sort of weather would be disastrous for fruit growers.
Maisie and I had a very early walk in bright sunshine. Once home I did some gardening before going to the hairdresser late morning. By then storm clouds were gathering and we had a good downpour of rain. And it is cold!
