Baxter Park Dundee

It’s always nice to go back to your old stomping ground. This park played a big part of my growing up in the early sixties through the seventies and everything in between. I lived only 5 minutes away from it even when we moved with my parents and was our social hub as a bairn and teenager and all the shenanigans that go on when you were young and out of site of your parents. Anyway during the seventies like many parks it was run down and the old pavilion was a dump and in danger of being pulled down. Fortunately the park has been restored to its former glory and looking fabulous.
