A slow pace

Just popped into town for a few things this afternoon- and set off for home as usual- but we came upon three of these caravans, going very slowly along the narrow road. A woman with a baby on her back, an older child, several horses and two dogs were walking along with the brightly painted caravans.
So I turned left to a village as soon as possible, down more windy lanes, back home via an alternative route!
I only hope they all got settled before it got dark.
