The back is more mobile if not less painful, thank you for asking. So I hirpled into work again, but without the walking pole. There was a point mid-morning I missed it, but I got home without mishap and I'll think about how I feel tomorrow. 

The boiler man phoned to say the part they have been waiting for is in and they will come and fix my boiler tomorrow. 

As this is the fourth visit I am feeling ambivalent. I will report tomorrow.
