Buddies

I was speaking at a men's shed today on international men's day. The theme was positive role models. The men had made buddy seats for the local primary schools. The idea is that when a child feels low or sad they will sit on the seat and that is a sign for a buddy to join them and chat or just sit beside them. What an idea! Well done guys! Maybe that is an idea that adults could take up?
