Training in Loughborough
It was my race running session in Loughborough today. I do this once a week.
A normal training session for me usually consists of a warm up. This is where I stand at a bar and do various leg exercises.
Which is followed by a number of drills like bunny hops, high knees etc.
Then we tend to do a bit of sprint and speed training.
Which leads us into a steady cool down. All of the muscles need relaxing. Sometimes I use the cool down to reflect on my training session. But not always.
