The Forth and Clyde is not at its prettiest as it wends its way through Kirkintilloch, but at least there were lovely reflections on this calm frosty day.

At Kirkintilloch to start to deliver a four week course with 20 Ed. Psychs and teachers. A lovely warm bunch of folk who were warmly supportive, insisting on helping me carry my equipment to the car.

We had an extra sleepover for the VIP as his mum was poorly, so between that and the demands of teaching, think I might hit the hay early tonight...zzzzzzzzz
