Scars remain

In 1995 a huge fire swept through the hills of Inverness, destroying swathes of Bishop Pine forest. It was known as the Vision Fire and was started by young boys who had not put our their illegal camp fire properly on Mount Vision. 
This is one of the few properties that has just been left to nature. A lovely old fireplace, a driveway, and terraced foundations going down the hill. And a smokey view of Tomales Bay.
