Painstaking work

I haven’t gotten anything else done today as I have spent over seven hours working on making these peanut butter pumpkin truffles.

I did a quick eyeball count and figure there are 190-200 of them!

That’s enough for all three neighbours, Kent’s gluten free co-worker & his son, the guys working at the power plant Thursday and some for my brother and some for us to take to our Thanksgiving dinner with Kent’s sister’s Family

Tomorrow it’s pumpkin cheesecake baking time!
