House hunting?

Once in, this little feller (or felleress) seemed determined to stay (no panic when we were in the room) and had to be left with windows open (and curtains closed over non-openers) to find his/her way out.  There were a lot of nooks and crannies around the beams to be checked out before finally leaving.
