Random photo.

I have not set foot outside the door today. It was very cold (to me anyway),  and as a consequence I wracked my brains about taking a photo.......so this is the result. 
It is a photo of a photo canvas which I had made when we had been to Yosemite in May 2014. We were once again visiting some family friends in San Francisco and Heidi and hubby in Dallas, where they were living at the time, now in Austin.    
The view from Glacier Point when we were there was incredible. Snow on the Sierras, fast flowing rivers and waterfalls, towering rocks, to me just standing there was intensely moving. 
    I took the photo along with several others, a memento of our trip. But no photo can ever capture the sheer majesty and breathtaking vistas. 
    It is heartbreaking to think how recent wild fires have been devastating huge swathes of California. Bringing death and destruction. 
   In the meantime, my voice is gradually returning, hurrah, and it feels as if I am over the worst of whatever it was....viruses are so random.  Sorry the photo is a little blurry.
