Cypher

I've walked past this sculpture through the summer thinking it looked a bit lost. Today in the rain, it came into it"s own. It's called cypher by Tim Morgan and is made of 2004 glass rods encased in a steel circle. I"m sure it had a detailed blurb somewhere, but for me, it was a reminder that, if you're not shining today, it might just not be the right environment for you. All that could change tomorrow.
