Oparara Arches

We spent the day in and around Karamea today, mainly to visit the magnificent Oparara Arches, seen here. They're an incredible sight. 

I've put a panorama of the Oparara River as it flows into and out of the arches, into Extras. I hope it makes sense!

The German couple we met on the Heaphy came out to the Arches with us, and thoroughly enjoyed their time in Karamea too.
