Day 5 - Chainsaw sculpture

I arrived at the Arts Village just a few minutes before it started to rain again so it was a very quick walk around to see how the sculptures were progressing.  Gazebos were protecting most of the work.  The main blip is a sculpture I hadn't  been able to photograph as there had been sides on the gazebo but today it was a bit more open. Oamaru stone is quite soft in comparison to the rock most artists are using.  I have included a number of extras.
