Universal 'Sign' Language

Spotted in a modern museum. Rather stereotypical - you see as many  women in trousers these day as in dresses - especially in winter, as seen in the image. (This is not a composite but the actual entrance to the 'comfort zone'.)  And what about all the redefining of gender these days? The sign language maybe needs an imaginative makeover!
