Organised by Salford CVS, to celebrate community and voluntary work in the City. Lots of categories.

In the introductory remarks it was said that there are 47,000 volunteers in the City, which seems an extraordinary number.

This must be the longest room in the city, there is more behind me. The choir had come off the stage at this point. I stayed for the introductory speeches, lots of other things to do this afternoon.
