Barnstaple in the mist

A reasonably early walk with the view over my home town in the mist. The sun is still shining thankfully, but it is very chilly.  
The car was frost bound this morning so that had to be cleared before heading off to aqua exercise class. 
Now need to relax. 
Hard work exercise!
