Shadow on the wall

Where the ugly blocky building (right) now stands, there once was a coaching inn and a blacksmith's.

Today I waited in for some parcels to arrive (most of them didn't) and then made a quick foray into town before picking up the children and starting my duties with them. It's getting too dark on a Wednesday to take any short cuts.

Came home in the dark, to cook another supper. Tomorrow I am going to do two duties with the children. Busy day!
