Sleepy

Been a sleepy kind of day today. Stayed in bed much longer than usual and slept. Was miserable weather. Wet and windy. The dogs don't mind, so we braved the rain and it wasn't so bad. Fell asleep on the sofa before 9. Sleep is a bit disjointed. Fluctuating temperatures with the flushes. Really hope they settle down. Hard going..
