An emergency blip featuring Mr Kipling, who didn't mind posing this evening.

I braved swimming tonight and was pleased to see that many people hadn't turned up so the class was much smaller. This made the lesson much better - the pool was less busy so I wasn't watching if I was going to bump into someone all the time. Plus we focussed on breaststroke, which is one that I really need help with. I felt that I made good progress. Hooray!
