tasked with getting some shots of a seminar class in action. the website/brochure overhaul needs some new images. unfortunately, our "new" seminar room is actually quite fugly--I didn't plan enough in advance (not possible though today) to get rid of some of the busy background items; just two lumbering examples: the giant floral, framed print that looks off the wall from an old folks home/dated hotel room and a 1980's era microwave, which if I recall, is adorned with faux wood paneling.

However, this is Sean in one of the few good shots. All the shots were taken during the beginnings of a live class but I'm thinking we might need to take a series of staged ones. That is not my thing but for the purposes of their use and audience, that will be the best way to go about this little last minute project, I think.

shitty busy today as Thursdays always are. my fever is gone but in this strange daze/haze/craze. Bunch of student conferences during my break but managed to get a quick taco run in. Tacos tend to make the day better. I like the beginning of that last phrase: "tacos tend to." clearly, my mind is starting to slip here. and still a three-hour class to go.
