Ends well

A dull driech day kinda suited as I wrote and published our Annual Report to Members (British Association of International Mountain Leaders) and then dealt with the slightly more contentious issue of calling a poll so that our most heated election in 3 years isn't a show of hands.
If you'd told me there would be a problem at this year's conference then I reckon I could have put 20 of 25 names on a list without even knowing the 'issue'. It's a truth not acknowledged enough that <5% of the people are usually >95% of the problem.

All dealt with a wander up to the top wall with Missy, just in time for the weather to clear.
