Cold Ride Carbs.

Well this morning's ride didn't really turn out as per weather forecast - does it ever? We had our usual café stop and I plumped for a mocha and choc brownie. In hindsight it could have been a bit of a choc overload but it provided the necessary boost to get back on the face of a freezing easterly wind. Promised sun never appeared. :-(
