Ill...

I was rather violently and very publicly ill today (I will spare you the details) but ended up lying on the floor not being able to communicate or to make my way home. It is honestly the scariest thing I have experienced since being here and for a very long time before that. Thanks to the kindness of strangers I eventually got home and have been lying looking at these bottles ever since! Although Buenos Aires is a big, daunting city at times I was so reassured today that there really are some truly good people out there.

p.s. I know people often say this but today I realised (maybe a year later than i should have) that I am so lucky to have a wonderful boyfriend. Although he is on a different continent (and more importantly had plans to go out) he stayed in to skype me all evening. Je t'aime PP ...
