Oooooh a very frosty start to the day, car had to be completed de-iced  before I went for my Doctor's appointment but amazingly my BP was of a much more acceptable level, which was great news, bit of a downside though as the chest infection I had in early September is still rumbling on so I'm to start on another course of ABs and steroids and go for a chest X-ray too.  Always much worse things to cope with by many other people though and yet another friend's daughter (mid 40's) has just succumbed to her 12 year struggle with the wicked C, which puts my little chest and cough complaint into huge perspective. 

It's not been the best of days.
