I hate it but sometimes it's necessary! This is the outline schedule for the preparation interventions for a program I am leading at IESE. This will require close tracking . . . five teams will be prepared in parallel in this way, and in the middle of it all another program will kick off and replicate the exact same schedule to be managed at the same time but on a different time phasing!
