Pedal Power...

It was so cold and awful today, I decided not to go out. Instead I did half an hour, with short breaks, on my set of pedals, whilst watching Countdown on TV to exercise my brain !  My grandchildren think it's funny but it's good for  circulation in the legs,  and because it kept shooting across the floor, I bound some anti-slip stuff on one end. I also had a wobble board for balance but  I  thought I might break my neck after trying it once. I got these exercise aids after my hip was replaced and I will keep using the pedals.
