Happy Thanksgiving
Very enjoyable day. The pie was excellent, the rolls were good. And the chocolate cake for Patrick and Anna turned out well. The frosting is like old fashioned fudge and very fun to make. You melt dark chocolate that has no sugar, put butter, cream and powdered sugar in as you stir on the burner at a low temperature. Not an exact science but it turns smooth and thick and shiny and it is done when you have enough for a two layer cake.
