Callistemon

Also known as bottlebrush. They are more often a bright red colour. This pink specimen is around the corner - seen on my morning walk. It’s terribly windy so I’m surprised it came out. Gale force winds continue overnight. I don’t like the wind and feel as if I have cabin fever today. I don’t usually mind a day indoors if it’s cold but this wind is annoying.
