Knowledge is power

One of the highlights of my day!

Others included:
Speaking on the phone to someone I love.
The relief after finishing a presentation by myself infront of 70 or so folk.
My salad box being charge 80p instead of £1.50

Unfortunately there were some lowlights. I love marine power but man! The lecturer asked us to find new sites for after 2020! I spent all afternoon and evening til 2am finding them. To add up their capacity to come to just over 2 GW in british waters. The figure the lecturer had already given us. The figure that we need to double.

So if anybody knows of a Crown Estate Leasing round 2. That will happen so that energy systems can still continue to grow and contribute after 2020. Let me know :)

But it seems that the UK only have eyes for 2020 and no plans for after. Which is really short term. Considering the design/development and manufacture of devices and even development of companies takes!
