In broad daylight it would seem that the Silent Light installation in George Street has little to offer by way of a blip. Lucky timing for me that the gallant electricians tasked with climbing among the scaffolding were busy - checking the lightbulbs perhaps. Note that he is attached to a safety line.
The extra shows the second man who had the benefit of a cherry-picker, although this required precise control to manœvre in the confined space.
We should see the results of their endeavours later in the week.
