Saturday morning mean only one thing....parkrun!

Dropped L off at my dads and joined K, MrsT and my sister amongst others. I ran with my sis (pictured here) again to try and get her another PB. She managed to knock 2 secs off which is great. 1 sec last week and 2 secs this week.

L has a bday party this afternoon then friend I is staying with us for a sleepover.

I’m taking them to Jump Station before meeting friend A for last orders at the Cricket Club tonight.
