7 a.m. moon

I took this at 7 this morning just as it was starting to get light. The moon looked really beautiful. Been cold today and it's just starting to get foggy. The gas man turned up this morning to have a look at the heating, and said it was beyond repair. So we have to get a new boiler (and it's only 9 years old). It wouldn't have been so bad but he left a large notice stuck to it saying 'do not switch on - condemned appliance'. We haven't been able to switch it on for over a week!
Thank heavens for our lovely coal fire and whisky macs!
