What a day!

Extra shows the arrival of an auto feeder to sit under the shed, it’s to feed the outside cats although we’re not sure who is coming these days. Certainly the beautious mum, she was waiting by her dish this morning, how sweet. We are away for a few days and trying out the feeder as well as asking a neighbour to top up a dish of tinned food. Mum pays at least one visit a day, her youngster and the big Tom have been spotted a few times but we suspect his intentions are not honourable. Cold days for them.

Extra shows the modification made by J this afternoon; a strap of holy banding to hold feeder onto a small platform to stabilise it in case big Tom is very hungry.
