Window made from fragments
I was working in London and went for a walk at lunchtime and wandered into St Marylebone Parish Church. I was intrigued by the windows, which were plain but with surreal borders, until I came upon the explanation in this window. The stained glass windows were broken in the War and the fragments later made into these borders. An early example of upcycling perhaps.
