the library

my favourite building in Birmingham is the library. Do they arrange their books by colour I wonder to give the lovely bands of red, orange and blue on the top shelves. I wasn't the only one riding up and down the escalators just to take photos and there's a great view from the gardens at the top. Sad to see that the square below , like much of central Birmingham, is a building site. I think much of it may relate to a new metro being put in. Will have to return when its all finished.
